Behind the Work of Andrea Giron

I’m an events and marketing professional with a passion for creating experiences that connect people, brands, and stories. I earned my B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports and Entertainment Marketing from California State University, San Bernardino, where I developed a strong interest in live events, experiential marketing, and entertainment.

My creative journey began with music. Years of playing the violin, flute, and piano shaped my appreciation for performance, storytelling, and the emotional connection that memorable experiences can create. That creativity eventually became an important part of how I approach marketing and events.

My event experience began at CSUSB, where I helped plan and market student-led entertainment and sports events, and continued professionally through Esri, Kaleo Marketing, and now Paséa Hotel & Spa. At Esri, I supported exhibitor and sponsor operations for the 2025 Esri User Conference, a 15,000+ attendee event, through registration, communications, logistics, and onsite support. At Kaleo Marketing, I supported experiential and field marketing events through event research, logistics, vendor coordination, performance reporting, and onsite execution. Today, I work as an Events Coordinator at Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, continuing to grow my experience in hospitality and events.

Alongside events, I’ve built a broader marketing background through Inland Empire Health Plan and See Water, Inc., with experience in brand communications, campaign support, digital content, marketing collateral, and strategic marketing projects. Together, these experiences have allowed me to understand both the creative and operational sides of bringing an idea to life.

As I continue my career, I’m excited to grow at the intersection of events, marketing, hospitality, and entertainment while creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.
